You can resize your picture using a number of photo editing programs for your computer, such as Photoshop. Alternately, there are several web-based photo editing tools if you don't own software such as Imagemagick Studio http://www.imagemagick.org/MagickStudio/scripts/MagickStudio.cgi.
You can put graphics in your signature line by hosting them externally to SGW Forums and linking to them. A lot of people, including me, use http://www.photobucket.com but there are a myriad of like sites to choose from. When using such a site, they will generally provide a direct link URL to you for the image you've uploaded. Simply edit your profile and add the address given to your signature line using the BBCODE URL tags.

you can also use paint image-> stretch/skew and then u can use strtch option to cut down the pic's size

who needs submarines anyway, those little black boats just keep sinking under the water anyway.
