suspended for multi

I woke up this morning and found the msg after logging in saying that I was a multi and that my account was suspended.
Please, I am definately NOT a multi, i've played for over 2 years and have respected and followed every sgw rule.
The message that I receive:
This account has been flagged as a multiple account.
A multi is an one person having direct access to more than one account.
If this is the case, it will remain suspended.
If you believe this is an error, please contact the game admins at
mailto:gameadmin@StarGateWars.com, or via forum at THE GAME ADMIN SECTION with an explanation of why it would appear to be a multiple account from the same location and user as other account(s).

My ID is 5650, username is Gatedialer, and this is on Main.
If no action gets taken, I'll just email

yer back. you had a 'bad' IP log into your account at one point, which was why you got lumped in with some others...

And from now on I will really be thinking on a punishment for those that accuse ppl without proof and in particular out of a grudge, or fun...
