I know that http://www.elephantproxy.com lets you log into SGW if you use it, i only use it to get the link to the main forums when i lose it in college.

Not many proxies let people do that right?

1> Alot of proxies have been blocked by admin
2> Most free proxies don't allow POST data to be transfered, and that is what is used in order to submit your details to login to SGW.

Trying to ban/block all proxies is impossible because it's a moving target. The Chinese have an entire division of their government working on blocking proxies because of their internal censorship sillyness and they haven't been successful yet.
