when i try i get this

This is linked to the unable to log in PHP error.

For security reasons, we ask you change your password once each 6months.
This is a new measure, so we are starting now, asking you to change your password again,
even if you changed under 6months ago.
You will not be asked again for 6months after you change it.
You will get this message every time you log in, until you change your password.

OK my problem is I need to change the Email address as well. I can no longer access the email so how can I change the password? I just dont want to get locked out of my account with this.
