He went on Vacation mode in main again after being on PPT today as the rules dont allow people to go on vacation mode after they went on PPT he broke the rules and went on a grey area ......

This is completely true. a few of us were gunning for his planets then he dropped onto vacation, which sucks considering we had been waiting today for him to come off of PPT.

You can't get into vacation mode if you've been on PPT in the last 24 hours. He should have been vulnerable for at least that time before hitting vacation. Are you saying he went directly from PPT to vacation mode with no delay?

no he went down from ppt at 11:05 game time and go on vacation at 13:19

more info is needed before he is lebelled a cheat.
i dont believe he would take advantage of a grey area on purpose. but thats my opinion

of course he took advantage, he knew he had been on PPT and went on vacation.

Its 24h after a PPT and he really wasnt vulnerable for 24h if theres 1 man who knows about vacation mode it is Mojo as hes always complaing about it in Ascended......

well there is posibilty that this is a bug, but if you look at this from whole i must say that then i am sure that this is not a bug. But anyway if admins will find out that it is a bug than they will just move the topic, it is very simple to do so dont panic.

Ive heard about that bug... But looks like it not yet reported. Im not even sure about the reasons, but it must have something to do with that bug when you wasnt able to go on vacation even after the 24hrs...

well if this is a bug.. and attacking while on nox was a bug, and stoney and koskesh were "punished" for abusing that bug same rule should apply here..

he did know he was on ppt, he did know you cant go on vacation after a ppt (at least he should know there was a "memo" on it, even i remember reading it and i dont read much ) and he took the vacation to protected his planets... so he went into vacation mode knowing that he shouldnt be able to do that ergo abused a bug.

I dont know the guy and dont have anything against him, but if ppl were punished for similar behaveiour than he should be to
unless there are some double standars ppl arend aware of

this has been common knowledge since I have been playing you can go on ppt and then go on vacation mode. If you didn't know this your behind on the times its a bug your calling him a cheat

This is on the screen where you choose to go on vacation mode. If you knew you had been on PPT a few hours before and exploited a bug to go on vacation mode anyway, I can't see how anyone could claim they didn't know it was a bug. Exploiting a known bug is a violation of game rules.

As I don't use vacation mode that much (until being massed twice for no reason), I am not that familiar with the rules for it. People have been coming on and off vacation mode in ascension willy nilly as the whim hits them. If we are talking about abuses, how about being assured that no massings of my account would occur while I was working on a peace accord between CoP and the CiA and then finding out that I was being massed on Easter Sunday? Forgive me folks if I violated some point of order. It was not my intention to do so. Mea culpa! The system is broken now. It needs fixed. Call me a cheat if you want. Call me an exploiter of bugs (however those of you on vacation in ascension mode have been exploiting one for a few weeks now when you attack on main). Here is an idea: why don't you just stop the insanity? The original intent of the war was to prove that CoP doesn't rule the roost. Well whoopdi do, point proven; we don't. You have proven that thirty accounts on one account can mass the biggest accounts down to nothing. Congratulations! Very good. You have done this while exploiting a bug that NONE of you reported. I was pissed that it was Easter and a bunch of Godless heathens broke their word and massed me with absolutely no provocation on my part. Mea culpa! There it is. Without the proper support of my ascension account because of severe handicaps put on me by EVERY update in ascension, I cannot effectively protect my main account, having given up trillions and trillions of Naquadah and over 60 million UU to ascensions. I put it to you that all those of you who ascended for only the bonuses in the game have cheated the system by not playing ascension as it was intended to be played. So if I am banned, I ask for all of those people to be banned as well. They knew very well what ascension was for and they abused it for their own profit, knowingly and deliberately. Now they are abusing mine and others accounts for their own profit because they abused the system.

I think when u come off ppt and u get attacked u can hit Vacation mode soon as u have been hit once

OK vacation mode was a knee-jerk reaction when I had two minutes on the computer during my easter holiday with my family. I didn't read, I didn't intend to circumvent the system. Godless heathens who cannot be trusted to keep their word started massing me and I went in the tank. These people ascended for the bonuses in main without playing the ascension server, which is circumventing the system as it was intended to be played to advantage your account.
