limit amount of ac dying on attacks

currently the amount of anti covert assassins that die when you attack someone else is ridiculous. If you were attacking someone with a very high anti covert action themselves it MAY be reasonable, but when the enemy have zero ac trained and 24-36K of your own ac die when you attack them, i think thats unreasonable.

Those of us that choose to have AC trained shouldnt be punished.

you are hitting someone with 0 defence arn't you?

no. they had a defense. wasnt a huge one but it was there. this isnt the first time its happened either, have noticed it in past. Amount varies greatly, and yes it goes up alot if they dont have any defense but apparantly sometimes it goes up 'just because'. weee.

There are safeguards in place. If you ran 1M Anti agents onto the beaches of Normandy they would be slaughtered.

If you want less losses then you have to be able to take out their defence first.
