Firstly I must say that I have been short with a few people I'm not normally with. For that I apologise, but when you are in pain 24/7, hell just sitting at a PC causes me pain, the normal tolerance goes out the window.

Secondly, I would like to see some honour returned to the game. People reject ideas just because of who posts them. People allow and defend dishonourable things just because of their affiliations. I am talking about exploiting and cheating here. I have it on record that there are many on the side of the CIA who have privately expressed reservations in the past about some of their current allies. Have the courage of your convictions, if you feel someone has done wrong, then do something about it. Reject them. (This isn't directed at any particular individuals, but just something I've noticed) It greatly reminds me of the whole nebulator issue, which is not a proud moment for this community.

Now people, especially the ones who did nothing and never even HAD the power to do anything talk so much on the forums about how great the war is. It's pathetic, this war is basically farming each other and last time I checked farming is not real war.

I received an amusing pm from a TA guy today:

"sup noob? just to let u know...COP SUCK, tauri alliance will own COP alone ur such a noob on stargate u to scared to attack me? im a living god, u should go back to being a prior noob!!! COP...BRING IT ON NOOBS!!"

It made me laugh because let's be honest here, the TA have been Omega's **Filtered** for the last year..and frankly one on one will continue to be so long into the future. I would advise all alliance leaders to control their members, because there will come a time when their alliances will be facing their enemies one on on, without any back up..and such taunts will be remembered.

On the flip side some of the enemy have earned my respect. Blahh for one, the guy who came closest to taking my defence. He failed due to me using the naq to get AC, but he got decently close. You don't see him going around talking **Filtered**. Use that as an example. Take your blows and give them, but don't come on here boasting about a war when you personally could never have hoped to do anything about. The 'all talk and **Filtered** all done' type of guys who have been posting lately piss me off!

Finally I would like to congratulate the members of the OSLA, who have truly shown the spirit of Omega. Attacked unprovoked at the beginning just because they had the Omega tag, they have responded magnificently and have actually grown through the war. You all have truly earned your place in the Omegan family.

To the rest of Omega, I am proud of all of you. Your dedication to war has demonstrated why Omega are the greatest alliance this game has ever seen. I'm sure some of you are bored with the whole war, as many on both sides are, but there is not a single dissenting person in Omega who is not willing to put their account on the line.

To those who have left due to outside commitments, you know you always have a family to return to. And then I would like to address this issue of threatening players to continue war or be massed. This is an offer to all players on both sides. Join the neutral alliances like STI's if you wish to remove yourselves from the war. And after this is done, you will have MY WORD that I will do all that I can to ensure you aren't massed for it. To the leaders of both sides, let those who do not wish to continue to join a neutral alliance. It may piss you off of course and you may think 'traitor' but remember not everyone plays this game for the same reasons, not everyone has the time to devote, and at the end of the day it is JUST A GAME. So let them go if they wish and after the war accept them back if u wish, but don't mass them.

To those who surrender or leave the war, that's all well and good, but show some honour and don't rebuild and then want back in the war. Do NOT BE DISHONOURABLE scum! Remember people are being kind enough to allow you to rebuild and move on. You insult everyone and ESPECIALLY your own side when you use that to your advantage to re enter the war.

This little pain free moment is now leaving me..so I'd better wrap up. So people, please THINK before you post, disregard these silly affiliations that are temporary at best and be true to who you are. Remember when you make statements like, "I have friends on both sides, but I'm fighting for my alliance", that's all well and good. But think about whether blindly spouting propaganda and such won't change that to, "Oh **Filtered** I've lost a bunch of friends", because truly isn't that what we truly play this game for? The people we meet, not the game itself!

And I must congratulate OSLA. You have grown alot since I was there, good work guys. I'm proud to have once been a part of that great alliance.

I would still be fighting with my good friends in CoPs but a certain member pushed me out so I joined S T I's alliance for a bit - then CIA threatened to mass members of DUNE but I think they will now leave it alone - not everyone wish to fight forever and real life has to come first.

And, more importantly, take good care of yourself EtL. I'm sad to hear that you're in pain.

On behalf of everyone in the Omega System Lords Alliance I would like to thank you ETL for your kind words. We have all grown and learned a lot from this war and value the friendships we have made. OSL shall continue its growth and become the power it is meant to be.

He used **Filtered** to get the point across that you were just that. Sometimes a simple cuss word conveys more meaning than something well articulated. Cuss words are meant to have meaning. However now a days cuss words are used so much that they lose their meaning.

However if **Filtered** is too common or too crude I believe that saying the TA were the Omega punching bag last year, that statement may suffice.


ETL posted something that was great, and that was true.

People of this community need to grow up. Posts after posts sound exactly the same. Both sides need to gather the courage to form their own opinion. This opinion needs to be formed based upon your own personal convictions. You are all robots as it appears spouting the same rubbish time after time.

On the topic of honor, where is it? Sure some may still have it or so I assume. However in war you should act noble. You should not look down upon or spit on their names. You should hold them in high regards for the fight they put up.

Enjoy your war guys and girls, once it is over there may exist a better forum.

Thus, the reason I listen to very nearly SQUAT of what you post. You pretend to be the high and mighty protector of all things righteous, and then show just how disgusting your underbelly truly is. We had a very similar convo once before, remember? You told me to surrender the TA to Omega, or face destruction and disbandment. Well, thats been over a year, I'm no longer in charge of the TA, but I'll be dammed if its still not here. (for those who dont know, no, I did not surrender. Instead, I told him that it was a game that could ultimately have no winner, thus he could attack to his hearts content.) Your laughable "barrage" of attacks against the TA lasted all of a week, with over half of the alliance never being hit, myself included.

So, take another pain pill, blame it on the drugs, talk your talk, and then slither you slither. Because quite frankly my dear, I dont give a damm.

oooh..coming out with the, "I wasn't hit one" lmao..you had NOTHING to hit buddy..we removed every TA member from the top 1000 and ensured none of them were there. The TA took their pastings like vvv. lmao The only reason that little battle ended was for the unfortunate events that ocurred. Forgot to reveal all that eh?! lol

Evilhomer, I think he is talking about the war we had with the OoC in October of '05. Omega decided to join in on OoC's side at one point or another...my memory fades a little. We had little to hit after selling everything. It ended with those two unfortunate deaths.

Personally I find it a bit hypocritical to talk about honor in the game in the same post that you call someone your **Filtered**.. maybe thats just me.
