- appears to log on frequently (had less than 1/2 days UU in the open when I last looked),

- no covert (covert level 0, anticovert level 0)
- 920,248 strike regulars (the retrainable ones - only 2k strike weapons)

I think you're being stupid by reporting someone who you admit yourself plays the game, and the only basis you have is that he plays it in a different style to ypu.

I would say that account is an uu producing account... and training all uu to strike troops where it is unkillable... than the owner will log in on shiny day and untrain them, than raiding all uu.... or something...

Of course, how could I be so stupid... This player obviously has got the game more down pat than I do... By training all the UU as strikers instead of miners, they get no income so can afford to buy LOTS of strike weapons... And of course, farming for the naq for the weapons with unarmed regular strike units is a real blast, and super productive....

Sure it is weird. But reason for being immidiately multi? Nope. Of course he COULD be, but it isn't that sure, at all!

I didn't say multi.... I said suspect And the fact that its got no defence and no strike is secondary, just means that they're not wasting resources on them. The 0 covert level is more suspicious than the no defence and strike.... Who honestly has 0 covert level buy 12.6k raw UP?

Well I had a 0 covert level when I bought a 25k UP. Does that make me a multi? I had just ascended, so it's possible for him too(I haven't looked at his actual account yet).
