Today attacked me emo5 (id=70003) with some other guys i think this is a multi because with 97k ARMY he has 10k UP and over 300millions fleet..
Little suspicious..
They wanted to show me that they are undestroyable by taking my planets.

Last time I looked, Stealing Planets wasn't against the rules. Maybe I need to re-check them?

Saying you think one has more accounts isn't really enough, you need evidence.

Guy have nonascended account, 10k UP and less then 100k TFF..
Over 7k rank and 1500 fleets...

I guess you mean in strength, not the actual number of fleets? 300million strength isn't that much.
