Yeah but have them used up and i mean could you buy it from other players like buying a ss from someone els.

if you do an upgrade you can get one. just the $20 Supporter status should give you one if you have already used up all the ones you start with lol

go to the market and get a ppt by trading for 1/2 of market supporter status in a 2 multiple. every time you buy a ppt you get a race change, unless thats been changed but i dont think so, why do you wanna change anyway?

If your unascended, DONT CHANGE RACE ITS POINTLESS!!! You will lose time and rescources that could go towards ascending and growing your acct. On top of that, once you ascend you lose ALL ties with your past race so it doesnt matter and if you want to change race while being ascanded go ahead but theres no point since all races are thesame except for the names of stuff. And finnaly, just ascend and youll get a race change, but since you ascended it shouldnt matter, but its personal preference so it doesnt matter at that point.

If you have ascended, you can change between any of the advanced races at will, with no negative effects. If you change from an Advanced Race to a Basic Race, you effectively Descend yourself, you lose all bonuses, and have to start from the beginning. Nobody knows for sure if you start again from 0 ascensions, or if your previous ones count towards the max 10.
Changing between basic races, as said before means you have to effectively start again.
And no, A Market Bonus does not give another race change, however, obtaining SS (either through buying it or ascension) does.

i kno for a fact MSS used to give race changes but that changed when admin changed the MSS bonuses to just PPT + bank bonus. it doesnt give race changes nemore as far as i kno... ill have to check
and as has been mentioned above, its a waste changing race from one basic to another and when youve ascended they r all the same neway, meaning the only point to them is role playing really... which doesnt happen much neway

Race changes cant be transferd. Theyre just part of the account.
Just stick with your current race, or wait til you ascend.
