If they left the spam temple closed, and ANYTHING open it would get spammed.

I really dont see the point of this, mods have been doing a fine job keeping the place clean for a long time without having to lock the forums.

And in terms of a 'calm down' period, it wont work, anyone can tell you bottleing up your thoughts and opinons is a bad thing to do.

Honours and Awards

All I can say is that for most of the weekend, the only offline forums were the Galactic Colosseum and StarGateWars General. The difference in "style" of posting was apparent.

Anyone can tell that doing this was bad? No, not really. Many people see this as positive.

Anyways, this announcement is no longer relevant, so... locked.
