RAnk needed to get Glory points

Any body got any idea what rank do you have to be above to get glory points to to have any chance of Ascension ?
Any help would be appriciated:)

In game Updates archive page wrote:In the main server:
The top 1 player gets 10 per turn.
The top .2% get 5 points.
The top 2% get 1 point.
And 1 get 10/turn
It should be 124+ get 5/turn
1213+ get 1/turn

Thanks for the post. I just got some glory points for the first time. And i wanted to know how I did it. I would ask my commander but he's on vacation.
Wo hoo. glory. it'll be short lived I bet.

You use G&R to ascend or gain full SS. You can't lose them, I don't think, unless you ascend or go on Nox.
