How do you steal life force from someone on ascended server?

You can assault them; but not steal it vampiracally with either conventional or personal forces. Unless I have really been missing out?

Yeah, think you're right. Just wondering. Found a guy with over 400k life force sitting out and was thinking it'd be sweet if I could steal it.

dude there is a fair few accounts with 1.5-2 mil lf sitting out, but to my knowledge u cant steal it
