Hello, Me, my brothers and a mate of mine were banned. (im thinking that its due to us using the same computer at least once.) I am pretty much in the same predicament that "the rook" is in with his alliance. The only difference being that we were banned lol. I was wondering if we could be "reinstated' into the game and have an IP exception for the following players (i cant get their ingame ID's due to the fact that i cant even log on into the main server) so im gonna have to give you their names and prey that they dont change them.

this is because we are all friends in real life and live quite close to each other (Forest Lake Australia! booh ya! ) Also for the moment i have kingblitz looking after me and my brother's accounts. ( kinda like a middle man, he's just banking naq and training troops) If you need some proof of us all being people contact "Avitir" of the foundation. (just to clarify we're not part of the CIA or CoP war, so if we do get 'unbanned' we dont come back to smoking rubble. lol) I also realise that adminmark is fairly busy, so im just informing you of this. To adminmark: goodluck in sorting out all the other requests!

Thats against the game rules, one person per one account.

Indeed, they should have gone vac mode.

That or sold their def and let you farm/raid them til they were back.

ok, thanks for the replies. I'll tell kingblitz to just sell my defence weapons and farm me...didnt think of that lol. But one thing that puzzles me is that how can we go on vacation mode if we are banned? either way i would've still needed a middleman to set me on said mode- which is still against the rules.

I am sort of confused, you cannot login from your "home", but someone else can login elsewhere for you? If that is the case go to a public terminal, like a library and set yourself to vacation mode. That is how you can get around the one person one account problem.

Also it is one person per account.. he is just looking after our accounts while we are unable to do it. We own the accounts...

Anyway.. hope admin unblocks us soon..

Labraid, the admin seems to have only banned our IP addresses - becuase we've all been other at each others houses and logged in there. And anywhere new that we login, they also block that IP.
So it's surprising that kingblitz (the guy babysitting accounts until the IPs are sorted) hasn't also had his IP banned.

I have already emailed both the admin and support emails, and have heard nothing back yet. However some of my friends did get replies - and I actually emailed before them.
I realise that admin must have hundreds of these cases to go through, but it would still be great if they could get this resolved quickly.

The first three - anthony155, lordmike11bravo and steventhegreat actually need an IP exception, as they live in the same house.
Those same three plus myself, Rimau, are currently banned from accessing the site - as I have logged in on their home computer, and vice versa.
I don't believe any of the others are actually banned (yet).

Once again, admin, if you could please resolve this issue for us that would be excellent.

I am the same, i have sent 3 emails but to no avail. i have also posted on the official communication for admin mark thread. i was told he was the one to go to. As yet there has been nothing done, i havent even got a reply from the said emails and i sent the first one about 2 weeks ago. I definately understand that they are VERY busy, but even a word on what is or isnt being done wouldf be good.

that really sucks. my friend tried contacting all the admins and got a response like a month later. . .
