Why cant i log in ?

When i used the computer on school i cant log into my account at home.
its just says.
The login and password you have entered do not match.
Try to retype them again.
And everything is corect when the admin send me a e-mail on the forgot password system.

What browser are you using IE or Firefox sometimes Firefox blocks SGW on me whenever it needs a stupid update... I hate firefox
