how bad do you think it will be on us raiders after the war I mean prices will really go down on UU and UU will become hard to raid again

The blackmarket works on a market economy basis... so if UU becomes harder to raid, then there will be less of it for sale, so the price of UU would therefor theoretically increase not decrease.... Given any amount of time, that is what you'll find happens.
So you're wrong, it will all reach equilibrium again for raiders... It just sucks more for the people who buy the UU
