General Posting Error

Whenever i post i get an error message like this
Could not insert new word
DEBUG MODE
SQL Error : 1194 Table 'phpbb_search_wordlist' is marked as crashed and should be repaired
INSERT IGNORE INTO phpbb_search_wordlist (word_text, word_common) VALUES ('test01010', 0)

also my post count is not increasing and it does not register as my having posted (the topic does not go to the top) although the post is still readable
