1. will i keep my MPDSD power?
2. will i keep my officers or will i have to ask them to join again?
3. do u get new weapons for every ascension? i know you get better ones after the first ascension but what about after that?
4. will i keep my alliance or do i have to reapply?

1) yes
2)no. they will have to re-join you
3) no. after your first ascention you get better weapons but they do not change for more ascentions (ie. they stay the same)
4) yes. you do not need to re-apply

just a correction for 1 number 1, if you ascend you will keep ur MSPD or eawtever + get about 20 more or something cause when you ascend u get 20$ SS technically (hence 20b, UP , AT and increase bank size once u ascend)

Yep, to further solidify the above answers:
1) Yes, and you gain whatever is currently given with the $20 SS
2) No, you will have to ask them to rejoin.
3) Nope, you only get the increased bonus %, increasing their overall power, not the actually weapon power.
4) Yes, you keep your current alliance.
