OK, I'm not new to this game by any means (currently ranked in the mid 6xxx), but I can't remember how to buy mercenaries. I bought a few when I first started the game, but I can't find the menu to purchase them from anymore. Can anyone please tell me where it is and/or how to purchase them? I can't seem to find any information on this in the forum.

(Also, I'm equipping my flame-retardant blanket, so please don't flame.)

you go to market, mercenary market and there you can buy/sell them
