PPT bank size increase bug.

well it says you get a 10% increase to your bank however i have a 19,011,525,035 bank and it states i will only get an additional 864,160,229 to my bank size 
why? coz 19bil divided by 10 is 1.9 so i would expect a 1.9bil increase. Also it doesnt change in the amount im supposed to be getting even when i train miners.
