descension bug maybe..?

Every person I attempt to descend (Assult directly so and so....) this message appears...
That realm is new to the ascended plane. The Ascended Council grants limited protection to realms less than 60 eons (days in worldly time) old...This includes use of the Ascended Superweapon, and direct Ascended Being attacks, on them....
Now, i have hit old accounts, and this still appears, im a bit tired at the moment, but im pritty' certain this is a bug one hit away from descending someone atm and its tissing me up.

Could it be the person your hitting has re-ascended within 60 days, therefore protected????

But the question is should you be protected when you reascend?? I mean its not like you get a ppt on the ascension server again, so I'm not thinking you should be protected from personal attacks or the superweapon either or ppl will start to use ascension as a tactic to help them avoid been hit

Its either a bug or Hux has gone too crazy with his ascended attacks rofl

Possibly, but this means over the 100 or so people i've tested/tried to hit they've all done the same thing...

Ah i thought it was a 1 off thing, if you've hit many people with the same answer its unlikely they all just ascended, looks more like a bug.

what are the id ranges of those you try to attack?
maybe 3400 and higher -trying to get an easy kill count
?
or have they been deascended recently and just returned?

Recently descended can be redescended.
