SGW Calculator

Is there any calculator like visentinel's one (that I can't find) that gives you for example covert powers if you type number of spies & covert level depending to each race; cost of weapons, their powers with a merc, a super soldier depending to each race etc...?
I think I'm not only one who needs such calculator.
