I was trying out something in ascension, having dropped rank, I was able to recon another player even though his covert was 7 times more. i was able to see quite alot.

so i increased a level to see what effect it would have. The recon failed

Now why was this, was it because only 999,999 agents were allowed to be sent, ( i always give it time to fill the 9's in) or was it a bug.because i had increased the lvl

you can only see 9999 (on the recon screen) so i can not be sure.

When reconing always gets me worried, as you cant see if you have sent all of your planets. I think that alone should be looked into.
