strange ascended/main bug

Well i hope it's a bug, or is our friend tok'ra doing something ilegal?
His main looks like this: Name: Tok`ra [ D12 ]
Living God of the INDU
{Temporarily on the Protected Planets Treaty...}
And his Ascended account looks like this: Realm: J E L L O
Overseer: Ryoku Tsunori [{DD}] {Temporarily under Protection of the Ascended Assembly ...}
I first tought he ran to vac, but than he'd be a dormant? I gues some people can have PPT's in ascend? I tought you only get a PPT there if you'r new and after the 14days wehn you'r deascended. Can someone explain? Tok'ra maby you first hand?
