Covert Issue

My friend and I were comparing our Stats tonight and we found that even though i have twice his covert score i still cant spy him. shouldnt i be his ascended peeping tom? who gave him curtains?

do you mean when you send all your covert planets to recon him, you fail? I was under the impression you can recon accounts whose coverts are larger than yours...

He was referring to being able to see his buddy's account. He wasn't reconning, just trying to look and see without ???s.
I help him sort it out in PMs.

you need to be 5 times bigger in covert power to not have ??? i think.
you gotta guess who you can/cant recon on ascended, because i can recon alot of people with ??? very safely

OK I will post this again since it seems people are incapable of reading previous threads on this subject:
3x your opponent's covert allows you to see DMU
5x your opponent's covert allows you to see planets and DMU
15x your opponent's covert allows you see planets, DMU, and the military planets (the number in parentheses)
Please don't ask this question again as it has already been answered several times.
