when you have a planet is it more worthwhile to upgrade it then increase size or the other way around?
or is there no extra benfits either way?

I advise a general upgrading of the planet, slowly reaching safe limits on all aspects.

While the above can be understood, it's slightly gibberish.

Bigger the size the better the upgrades but more expensive defences and upgrades.

upgrade it and build defences, when it says u can't build any more defences on it, then increase its size.

2 more questions guys (i figured id throw them on here instead of making a new thread).
lets say i have a small UP planet, and every upgrade gives it 1 more unit per day.
if i was to increase the size would every upgrade still be 1 unit or would each upgrade be more (like 2 or 3 units per day) the higher i increase the size?
and upgrades dont cost more when the planet gets bigger right? they only cost more after each upgrade?

This is a nice topic

explains alot of things, but hard to compare becouse it does not include any prices, so here is the answer for Narrator
The bigger the planet size is, more you will have to pay for defence, but also the biggeer the size of a planet is, more planet bonuses you will get for your naq. It will be more expansive, but you will get more bonuses.
If you calculate how much bonus you would get for one naq at size of tiny, and at size of huge, you would definitly get more bonus at a size of huge.
(talking hipoteticly, becouse you don't get anything for one naq), hope that helped you my friend
have fun, and good luck playing

what do you mean, doesnt include prices?
do you mean that it doesnt list price for increasing bonus?
if so, the reason is that we couldnt find out what the starting prices were, and we knew cost for increasing bonus doesnt vary with size... it costs the same to add production facility to a tiny planet as it costs for a mind blowing...
if you mean defenses, the cost increases by 10 mill each for every size, starting at 10 mill each on a tiny planet, going up to 90 mill each on a mind blowing...

True

just upgraded the size, to see if this is true,

and it is, bonus upgrade cost the same, but i think you get more per bonus upgrade if the planet size is bigger . Just like you've already posted up . So the only thin that wasn't clear, is that the bonues upgrades costs the same on every size...
Lol

i think this topic should be closed lol , i got headache by writting this
