The CIA formed as a movement. This movement brought together many different people, some former enemies, some spurned friends, some had no former contact but all with the same goal, to end the domination of the Super Alliance CoP. This goal seemed impossible to reach, but that did not deter us from trying. For nearly 2 months we fought and plotted for a way to reach our goal. Then finally we took the advise of CoP itself, and we paused the action. This allowed processes that were already at work within CoP, processes that had started before the war even began to continue and come to fruition. Some would call this a win for the CIA, others like myself would dismiss the notion of wins or losses and merely be happy about the competition of a goal. Our goal has been met, therefore the movement has no reason to continue.

I hereby declare the CIA movement complete, and the loose organization of this movement dissolved.

I would like to thank all of the leaders of the CIA alliances, and all of the warriors of all of these alliances. While our goal has been met here and now, I know that we all have a vested commitment in keeping the game free from super alliance domination and tyranny. I know that if the need ever arises again that the people of this game would stand up to it’s would be tyrants and put an end to unfavorable conditions no matter who the new oppressors may be.

Many of the Alliances of the former CIA would like to talk further with alliances of the former CoP to forge a game environment that does not bring this sort of war on us again. We will post our suggestions for the future in due time. Please be patient.

Glad to hear as really no side won but the goals set by CiA have been reached through what was going to happen anyway but still both sides can stop and move on

well fought guys! it was fun, and I'm glad you all found a new joy in the game.

My only request is that from now on any suggests made to improve this game be considered with full thought and consideration, and not outright sniped at because someone you dislike expressed an otherwise good idea. If someone is suggesting is bad, or you see major flaws in them, feel free to calmly and reasonably point out the exact reasons why the suggestion is flaw, rather than claiming, "that's a dumb idea, it gives XXX too much power."

I do believe i already posted there were no winners or losers.

It's with great sorrow and joy that KGB leaves the common fold and the home that CIA has provided these past months. We've met fierce resistance, we've met honourable opponents, and we generally enjoyed ourselves.

I congratulate CIA *AND* CoP on a generally honourable war. Aside from a few weak spots, things have been quite decent.
I really enjoyed this contretemps.


And like I said before... even a remise is a good outcome for either side.

In my country there is a saying: "Glory to the winners, honor to the defeated". With other words, CIA gets the glory, but COP remains with the honor.
