The above stated only counts for The Legion as CIA is no more. So leaders or diplomats just post once you have agreed within your own alliance.

The proposal is simple:
In order to avoid any unnecessary sparks an alliance that sisgns it and anounces it officially will not be hit by TL (for naq or in any other way) for 7 days from when this thread was made. Also the alliance will not be hitting TL in any way for 7 days since this thread was made.

Although TL likes it rough this time we believe having a 7 days break will be the best...

TF members have been instructed to allow other exWar patriots time to repair on all sides.

I do realize signing this does not guarantee any of them relief, and am advising them to do the same as always in building a Defense appropriate to their production.

Of course as always those hitting us will always remain subject to a measured retaliation if appropriate.
