Stuck at rank 3500!!!

Hey guys, I'm stuck at around rank 3500 and no matter what I do I can't seem to get any higher. My highest rank was 3400 or thereabouts.
I'm trying to work towards ascension. Anyone got any tips?

also if your new dont race for the top. army size is the most important thing by far. get your UP higher and it will be much easier to get to ascension a month or so down the road when you have many more units.

yea, i find UP and income is the easiest way to get to the top, it takes a little time to build a good UP and income but its all worth it.

your army size is only around 300k, u should try to get at least 1m before u start trying to ascend. u just dont have the men required to train into units for the rank.

I agree with all of them, except I someone managed to ascend with an army size of about 350k... Covert is a good way to raise a rank or two

I first ascended with about 500K... it was painfull to get back up to speed.
Save yourself a lot of growth, and wait till you get a mill lifers. (Not that you can't start getting the G&R, just don't go the distance.)

Times have changed, Players need now need a lot more units to just get into G&R.
