Official trading bug topic.

The bug:
When sending/brokering resources majority of them don't show up

To recreate:
Send either Naq or UU to an account. AT has not been tested yet.

I sent 400k UU into the realm of freespirit and it never arrived.

He can confirm this, of those 400k he only received 2k.

i dont know if the ppl who started this topic is an admin or whatever and why he had to do this, but ill copy my problem here too.

i received not a small amount of the resource, but none of it.


hi !

i made a business with a player, he directly sent naq to me. i do not
have full supporter status.i do not wish to write down the ingame ids here, but i am willing to pm it to the corresponding people.

i prepared to receive the naq, i entered the calculated ammount to one of my planet's upgrade level's field and waited to receive the naq.
i refreshed in another browser tab an sgw page to see if i get a new
mail. as soon as i got the mail, i cliced on the upgrade button. i
checked the mail, it says he sent the naq to me.
the planets attributes has not been increased at all. and i havent
received the naq.

i havent been attacked because 1.5 bil naq was on hand and that has
been remained. so i mean none attacked me, not even a player who just
ascended after a hit. because i had naq remained on hand. so im sure i
have not been attacked or robbed. and my defense weapons had not been
damaged either.

so as i see the naq has been disappeared.

may it be a cheat or some kind of bug in the game ?

do you have some logs to trace what has happend ?

it happend several turns before.

i lost 20 bil naq. so it does count for me.

i can pm the mail and the attack logs, but i think admins can check it.

I was sent 53k UU but I never got it either

it seems to be only a problem with UU and Naq...I've sent AT's (only a small number though) and they've gone through ok

It also seems to be restricted to supporter functions....I've had no problem with goods brokered and have been through maybe 200 bil and 300k UU today

I had this issue with Silent Bob (above), and lost 10bil naq.

However, strangely, while testing the bug, I sent my officer 10 naq, 10 UU, and 10 AT respectively, all of which had gone through successfully.

As of reasoning and deduction, the only solution I can find about this bug, is when it involves larger sums of resources. I didn't want to risk losing large sums of resources testing that part of the theory, if someone else wants to pick that up.

hmm....so u can't trade good0s via trade brokers and sending directly..or just by sending diretly....meaning it's still possible via trade brokers?
and i hope that bug doesn't effect when u try to go on ppt or buy at's off market ingame......

i also can verify this bug. i was sending 1.5bil naq to my officer for covert level, and he got the msg but did not recieve. so i sent another 500mil for a test, now I am out 2billion Naq, and my officer is out a covert level.

EDIT: a friend has replaced the missing naq, twice. once to my officer to buy the covert level, and once to me to replace the missing naq. i REALLY hope this gets fixed asap!

I had the same thing

I recieved farious amounts of 10 bil total 95 bil naq

I only recieved around 30bil

Lucky I cam on forum before sending any resources. Could have lost a lot of stuff. It seems very odd that this bug turns up now after all this stuff about scamming is going on.... just my opinion on the matter!!!!

I believe Admin is trying to do something about the scamming....but went wrong somewhere

no this is because a few people found out about a bug were u could raid passed 75 mil and didnt report it, now this has happened

but yes he is trying to sort that problem out aswell
