this trading bug (goods sent, confirm given, not received) was a direct result of the fix for the 'get attacked and give resources at the same time and both work' bug that was being abused.

the bug only appeared in SOME cases, but enough that it was a pretty big issue.

we have fixed the root cause, and also given:
anyone who received naq, the naq, and some ppt.
anyone who received UU - miners instead, in the same amount. (no ppt).

if you believe your issue has not been resolved, please check closely, and if necessary, email mailto:support@stargatewars.com with a)the time b)the amount c)the resource d)your ID and their name/ID

we have logs of all gives, all accounts fixed, and all times, so can veryify and deal with it accordingly.

remember, though - we did a mass fix, so likely its been solved. please be sure in your report

sorry but it just happened to me moments ago
i set up a trade broker with Hell§inG for 100 bil SGW naq and i didnt get the naq but he got a message that the deal was accepted

i accepted the broker and i have prove in my logs its true i accepted but he didnt get the naq

also it happend to me before when i sent on open naq to blackburn

So please if you could fix this admin and repay me the 40 bil, and the 100 bil in sean's (dark bahamut's) bank,

it is very annoying when i lose some of my profit to this thing

I sent 1 turn to Seanmillion (I'm Evil_Matt in game too), and it never arrived.
