Account deletion.

I have tried to delete my account but it doesn't work even when the changes I have to make are made.

I brought this up before only a few days ago. seems the delete button doesnt work. lucky for me as i didnt really want to, but i guess this is why there is so many inactives. allowing people to quit might lower number of "dead accounts"
