supers vs normal

i was wondering if anyone could answer whether i am better to have 1 super or 5 normals

I just make supers..... none supers just seem pointless

I assume it'd take 5 normals+5weapons to equal 1 super+weapon.
so, it'd cost considerably less and you'll free up planets for income or whatever.

Actually its like 20+ normal guys the same as 1 super all with top weps.
So supers are much more effective in every way. Apart from you cant untrain em. But you gotta be mad to untrain your defenders on ascended anyway.
