A HUGE TIP!!!! If you ever become leader of a allaince... become your own commander BEFORE being emplaced.
I tried to once after i was already leader but it didnt work. Now i am getting a 20% UP boost from being my CO before being made leader of the SLA>

mine is poor, and lord grant does that mean you can create a one man alliance. with yourself the leader and gain a bit of extra up?
