my name in main is already in ascended. I cant re-ascend. I have no name changes. I need the name in ascended to be deleted or given a name change option.

Someone else just had this problem earlier this week, except he reported it in the ascended section. When you get new market turns you could try exchanging them for 1 name change. Don't know if it will work or not, hasn't been tried yet. Might want to try and contact support.

Probably exactly that.

They cannot delete a player because he has your name... the player himself should change his, on his own accord.
Or you wait and trade in 3 MTs for an identity change.

The admin just needs to give the account an extra name change option and the account will change name. Untill that is done, I cant ascend!

cant they just give u a name change option and you add an underscore or something the the end of your name when you ascend, and then they give you another name chnage for you to change it again in main game.

yep, its pretty simple, just need some name change options, but for the ascended account. Then I wouldn't need to mess with the main one.
