ok guys, i ran into cs_player because he stole one of my planets, i told him id take it back and if he attempted to take it again id mass him. turns out he had abandon the planet, now this is just the background, so after he abandon my planet i spied on him to see if there was anything to mass and noticed he had absouloutly no stats hardly at all but a 32k UP which takes around 800 bil naq to get, so i sent him a message asking how he had tht high of a UP without having any stats, heres the response i got from him after i asked how he got the UP:
actualy 600-800bill its not hard to buy it when you scam people and dont care about a game
i donno but it seems like proof enough there to ban him

He's a pretty well known scammer, check out some of the posts on this forum. And as much as I hate scammers - as long as he doesn't have multiple accounts on the main server he hasn't broken any ingame rules.
People justneed to be more aware who they are trading with when they are not using the broker. With any market the whole 'caveat empor' thing comes into play =[
I hope a fairly new account finds you planet so you can get it back easily, mate

Scamming doesn't come under cheating.
Best thing you can do is warn people not to trade with that account.

ah, ok. id thought id heard his name before but i wasnt sure, guess it was prolly from a banned from trading thread.
