Dammit...
Segal Is actually technically an awesome martial artist, Ive seen him off camara actually practiceing and he would wipe the floor in a real fight with all of them...
The hoff is a drunken oaf so he would obviously be awesome too...
For me its between them too...With Chuck Norris not in the top 2 because he was a sheriff in that rubbish cop series...

As far as acting... Vin Diesel just doesn't belong (imho)
I do like the DW series... and as bad as Walker Texas ranger is, it is sort of like MacGyver with guns - which means either some minor, brain-dead enjoyment, or much laughter.
Segal also completely fails to impressive me on screen... Saving the third genus of the rare Peruvian miniature chihuwawa from poaching by 'the man' should be left to MacGyver.
... and hasselhoff... no... <_<
Geh, I would have gone with Clint Eastwood (or RDA) but he's not up there.
