This question is really for the veterans of SGW, the ones who go so far back they can remember the time when a UP of 100 would be the best in the game...

My question is this:

Who invented massing?

That is, who was it that, rather than just using attacking to steal people's stuff, came up with the idea that you could take someone out by repeatedly attacking them?

erm i think it came from another game like KoC

Chuck Norris did, when he was attacking everyone, going on to the next and ended at the last page without noticing. He then kept on attacking the last player, until he got a PM "That was one mass attack".


There... I'm sure Dean's right with saying it's from KoC...

I really dont know, I remeber the days when a good sabbing was MENTAL. But I dont remeber anyone saying they started massing, or who did it first.

Still, it'd be fun to know who the first person to mass someone was on SGW.

and, the3rdlibra pops in and out every once in awhile... he's out, atm, though.
