Aiit, since this week Heroes, and Lost are finished..

And last week Smallville and Scrubs ended.... reccomend something for me to start watching untill Atlantis returns in July..

I just realised after Wednesday I will have nothing to watch on TV anymore and therefore will become extremely bored....

So reccomend something to me..

Here is what I do not like

Useless storylines backed up with worse characters, played by even worse actors/actressess..

Fantasy crap like dragons and myth's and well anything that there is iin no way in heck that it ever happened or ever will happen.. Like you know LoTR or anything with Magic in it..

Shows which are just plain stupid..

Drama's where one person is always right and by the end of every episode if they haven't died your left feeling empty inside..


I would prefer something new that I can get into.. However I have little patience for television shows..

So any reccomendations..

i watch scrubs and heroes as well....
well desperate housewives is finishing and ugly betty has just finished...
go out and enjoy the summer sun i guess lol

Depends what you have also watched during the year thus far JS. Dr Who, Veronica Mars, House, The Unit, Entourage, Jericho and and and and of course Boston Legal.

Aslo there are many series in their first season that are yet to spread from the US elsewhere so there could be some gold hidden there.

If you don't mind the fact that it doesn't regularily air on television anymore (although it does pop up occaisinoally in syndication), I would recomend Farscape. It has pretty interesting storylines, great character arcs, acting that doesn't disapoint very often, and isn't afraid to take chances (The hero/main character isn't always right, and not everyone survives all the time). Even though new episodes don't air on TV anymore, its one of the best shows (if not the best show), I've ever seen.

Get off the TV.

rescue me: great show, funny as hell.

arrested development: funny as hell.

battlestar galactica: three seasons, you should be able to download em all... if you like heroes you wont mind the seriousness of bsg, but once ya get into its really one of the best shows ever made.

the mighty boosh: mad off the wall humour, completely odd but hilarious.

ah man, atlantis doesnt return for you till july? is it the second half of season three? or are you ahead/behind the US? if you havent seen the atlantis season three second half yet the eps are really good i thought


as for suggestions, you pretty much watch the same shows i do, so i got no suggestions, lol

hahah...i was thinking the same thing...all the season fianle ended this week or last......

The Simpsons
Smallville
Supernatural
and many more....but these 4 are like the most TV i watch other then sports.....and there done for the summer.....

Completely forgot about dear Battlestar. Very good. Nice and dark so if you're worried about the original series being too cute and gay and that the new would be the same, put those unfounded fears to rest.
Judging by the relative chronological events in both the old and new series, the new may not last another season.
Seeming as though the 13th Race Earthlings had advanced to Ascended Being status it should be interesting to see how they integrate them in the new series if at all. And the final Cyclon… Jesus?

And yes, Farscape! Way out there and wacky. And for those unaware, that's where SG-1 scavenged Ben Browder (Cam) and Claudia Black (Vala) from.
It ran for four seasons ending with a DVD movie and while it takes a bit of getting used to it has some decent story arcs. Think SG-1 meets Ren and Stimpy. Also created and filmed in god old Australia.

Ah what else…?

Ummmm. Oh. Blade the Series isn’t too bad. I must admit it took a while to get used to not having Snipes there after so long but in the end it’s worth a watch. Only 12 episodes thus far and the main bad guy is Neil Jackson (Khalek from Season 909 Prototype ).

If you enjoy Family Guy because it’s a step up the crass ladder from The Simpsons the perhaps Drawn Together will wet your whistle. Very very heavy comedy. Not for the faint hearted.

Perhaps a little Las Vegas? Or if you want a good Doco laugh-fest. Pen & Teller’s Bulls*** is should have you in paroxysms of laugher while learning a little.

I saw atlantis season 3 months ago... Saw the last ep in Feb..... So yeah.. July is season 4


Well I used to also watch battlestar but the cast just became routine and boring.. Same plot just looks cooler.. I don't like it to be honest.. They are all Cylons.. Thats what I got from battlestar

And whats funnier is I have watched more movies in the last 2 weeks then ever before..

Saw Hostel 2 this morning some VERY VERY sick people.. and Slovakia is NOTHING like that.. Your not going to go missing and end up being beaten to death...

last night on fox i saw a clip for a new show going to start soon. the guy is a cop and he has already lived for a few 100 years and only looks in his 20s ... so maybe they are going to start their own hero type show... love the new style shows are going... its like bing able to watch x men all day.
