Unable to send Ingame mail

When sending ingame PM's to anyone, I get this message...
"Error while sending the mail. Try again later."
Have tested it out trying to send to multiple people, same result.
Anyone else having this problem.
P.S. It may be hard to notice since the screen clears when you hit send anyway. I know it took a couple PM's for me to realize it.

Yep. Just got it too....thought it said message sent successfully like normal...but nope. Its that error message.

NEW INFO:
My Commander sent a message to all his officers at 20:16 GameTime.
I also get the error message when I have attempted to send messages.
I have tried to send about 10 in the last few hours, and I get the error message each time... so I know I'm not that special...
Theory:
Perhaps the messages are going through, but the game doesn't realize that?

I think the commander sending to all officers and allianceleader sending to all members functions are working. pm from player A to player B is not.
Also this could have something to do with purgatory, since we were unable to send ppl in there at the first time. Maybe its a bugged fixing try... who knows... adding to the list...
