This came up before (cant find topic) but i found another person

ID =1902935

they have a "/" at the start of their planets name and for some reason this stops you from spying on them. you get this error message

Query failed: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '???', '1018 (Def: 3,054,000,000)' , 'large', '7;6;5;4', '1;???;0;0', '1;1;0;' at line 2

But...when you attempt to put a "/" in, you get the no funk message...

that must have been fixed then, but there are still people with it on their planets obviously.

yes, people who named their planets before the 'no funk' was implemented, still kept their planet names, the bug was only fixed for future use, not back-dated as it should have been.

also you will find some people have 5 planets all named the same, well you can't do that either anymore, but if you did it before this feature, you kept them
