ok uu means Untrained units naq is income Turns ar every 20 mins you get 3 at per turn. Your income changes depending on your miners, CO, planets and officers. Also how much you are giving to officer. Hhere is a general discription of what everything is that you need to know now please tell us what your talking about again

Okay I know about this bug. Simple set yourself as commander than dismiss, and it will be okay;)

I sorted the problem by making someone else alliance leader, making myself commander then finallly dismissing myselft.

you know this also gets fixed if you train some more miners, ive had it happen to me alot

Putting yourself on and off Nox will also update the income and correct it. Critical didn't work when I tried it, but Nox always has.

You can also just turn on or off the ads and it will update your income as well. have had to do it many times myself.
