I noticed this once the new 50% UP Planet limit came into effect.

Raw UP: 7,000
Total UP (without officer): 17,500
Total UP (officer of 14k @ 10%): 18,200

So far so good.

However, for some reason, UP is now getting rounded.

My planets:
5,501 (max: 3,500)
4,999 (max: 3,500)
1,536 (max: 1,536)
============
12,036 (max: 8,536)

So, as you can see, the sums don't add up. If i use the 50% UP rule to cap my two larger planets, i get 8,536 UP bonus, that's around 2,000 short of what it should be, but if i use the full capacity of the planets, i should be getting 500 more than what i am.

I've noticed the same - I'm about 4k short.

Adding my planets and up I should have 35k but only getting 28k.

Not forgetting the 10% for being my own commander.

Anyone got any ideas ?

Raise your total up, and see if it fixes the whole thing!

Nope. That's not it, i'm saying that my UP figures should lead to an odd number (ie 19,456) but it's rounding to a whole 100 (ie 19,500). But the figure i'm getting, is nowhere near what i should be, even with the 50% max UP planet rule applied.
