Recruiting officers area

The section is becoming too huge (76 pages).
SGW generaal, races forums and GC had all their old topics moved to archives, wouldnt all locked, and old recruit topics from the section moved too in a "recruit/alliances" archives?
Also all old alliance recruits should maybe be moved there?
