Ascending past AG

someone im talking to that is AG says he is able to ascend as an AG.
is this psosible? did they remove the cap?

didn´t heard anything about it ....and there are SOME ags around .. so as far is know: NO!

They may still get the GnR and the option to ascend but admin said its capped at AG for now.

Everything is the same until you try and ascend and it says you are incapable.
Im not an AG but I asked someone about it.
On a side note - The AG tag really means nothing, in some wise people's eyes its a bad thing
