I am Raistlin Majere...and I am lost in Purgatory.

I have been lost for 5 days.

I am curious...who else has become lost...trapped...in the depths of that blasted wasteland.

I'm not sure what you mean. I love it here!

It's great down here in purgatory.
Granted; it did mess up my plans when I realized it was five days worth of turns and not just five days to jump back out.

But still... just enough lost players wandering the depths, confident that the barren wasteland can shield their decrepit armies; To bad for them that the ether of purgatory is sliced by the fins of pallid hunters, looking for just such accounts on which to feed.

If you can face the starved predators, and the cold and lonely abyss - come join the twisted creatures of this lost and hushed land.

yea...that is what sucks about it though, every hit you make sinks you deeper into the abyss...

Granted I have gotten some great hits...but they have delayed my exit.

That is the nature of purgatory, aye.
Proud, healthy accounts descend into the depths and never return. In the darkness they waste-away, mutate, change... thinner than their main counterparts, yet all the more vicious and bitter.
Think of the bottom-feeders of the ocean, and imagine those twisted bodies and fanged teeth possesed by a anguished mind - such are the loathsome horrors that tread the foul wastes of purgatorio.

That is quite the visual. But alas, quite accurate.

Alas indeed... my mothership:

Those used to b-b-be... legos! :(
And now the corridors are all slimy and organic, and I can't tell which end is which - I fear my soldiers laugh behind my back every time I start heading for the con, only to end up near the waste-disposal. <_<

It may have drawn those evilly in, but how good are some of those naq hits in there, those who are hunting in there like myself must love the isolation of the place

The hits are great... the issue it, the more you hit - the longer you will roam the bleak depths.
Which is not a problem (bar my mothership's mutation...) for me - a self-styled Lord of Purg. :P

what do you think would happen if you ascended in perg?
ive been wondering this since i went in, and also the ability to build up twice as much naq as i could hold in normal realm without a single attack is fantastic as well, been growing twice as fast as in normal.

btw i think your MS looks tonnes better without the lego

Well the depts of purgatory took me too. I simple had to explore them as soon as i heard of them.

But then they forced me to stay longer than i wanted and kept me down on my way to become the ancient god i am now known as

i could have contiued my way there, but i didnot want to leave all my soldiers in the abyss behind

be careful when you explore

Now that 'tis a scary thought... must we the hunters fear the drifting tides of the undead? Those poor mercenaries set adrif by a cruel master deep beneath the light of main.

wow thats deep, but wasnt flavars referral to the abyss a refferal to leaving his soldiers in the abyss of normal realms
which leads to the question...
is the silence of the underneath actually the emptyness of above somewhere higher, somewhere free?

Hmm... it would have to be a splendid place, to cause such a vacum of light and purity. So certaintly not ascended wars...
Eh, maybe there is yet another server... one that remains hidden... where perhaps those loyal but forgotten untrained mercs may yet revel in bliss - rather than ceaselessly breakdance for bored masters.
