Whats the best site to buy from? There are currently no shops in Ireland and since it's my birthday I've got my girlfriend to buy me one. Looking for US sites.

Yeah a P90 is second on my list of Airsofts to get. First I want a Fa-mas. Can't find anything about a store in Cork, but that site did help, cleared up the legal issue.

Most are plastic, I've seen some metal ones and some paint ones. The Law in Ireland means that your gun can't exceed 1joule so that sort of limits the types you can use. I want to buy the famas at 275fps that means I can only use .2grams bbs for it to be legal

i live in canada but my gun is in the US country place. it goes too fast to be legal in canada (500fps limit)

not exact model but close enuff- any silver part would be black on mine, plastic scope.

AFAIK there's barrel energy in the manufacturer specifications and that should do for the <1joule requirement.

Where are you gonna use them?

Any chance of getting one of those somewhere:

em, theres a few of us buying airsoft guns up in Louth and apparently theyre illegal :s. my dad went down to the garda station and he was told theyre classed and weapons. doesnt matter about the 1 joule stuff. so you might want to be subtle about them when youre doing it :p

you should show him the legislation that states anything under one joule is not classed as a friearm. but yeah i wont be flashing it around in the street.

450fps OMG!!!
Thats gotta hurt....
you can buy anything in Slovakia, everything is legal as long as its an airsoft gun...doesnt matter joules or what pellets you use...
I would go for P90, definitely FN Henstral FTW...

Hopefully when the irish association gets better organised it could work on getting the limit raised.

we dont use UK/Irish dont seem to have orange tip. where im getting mine in us does but they give the original tip aswell so i get change.
