hear me out before locking please
i know by reading the other outage topic that a few people have lost a ppt and so a market turn in the process and while this is a result of the outage bug i think a thread recording all the people who lost a ppt/mt because of the outage is required so that game admin/forum could compensate us when the "real" server gets up and running again

i lost a ppt which was bought on wed night @2236 gmt/1436 gametime

yeah..i went on ppt wenesday around 19.30 GMT+1...meaning i should have MY ppt till today(friday) 19.30 gmt+1. but i only have 747 minutes left. and admin sead we will ALL get 24 hrs+ of PPT. something isn't right here. and it's not fair i used MT and PPT bonus and i almost didn't have my own ppt. that should be fixed...without any rollback

yes agree, i went on ptt tuesday around 7.30 gametime. this means i had few minutes on ppt when server down happened. i had over 100b naq because of the ppt, and all that was on my hand because of the down.
everyone said don't login even if you can, let admins do their job, and we will get at least 24H ppt.
But whar happened? When i woke up (00:30 gametime) i realized that no ppt, no naq! Over 100b naq!!!!!! No left ppt, no 24 PPT, no naq!! something isn't right here, these is unfair!somehow should be fixed... i guess im not the only...

yea i lost about 18 hours worth of ppt time generating no income and units.

hey ADMIN good to see a lot inactive acounts on PPT and my or other out.
I lost over 100 bill coz you don't manage this bugs...i have problems with my ™ but fixed, i really don't understand what hapened with server

Why are you ppl whining. You loose 1 days income? big issue... ehh...
btw did you bought your PPT when the server gone down? cause than you didnt loose the naq.
Also everyone got ppt when the server came back online. Did you?

100b naq is 100 naq. ppt doesnt worth anything if you cant use it: when i went to sleep server was down (if i can login with 123, that doesnt mean good), and when i woke up my naq gone, my left ppt gone and the 24 (??) ppt (if ever was) gone.
but as i see i have to realize i'm wasting my time...

we all had our losses but give them(game mods) a break

btw i lost 12h of ppt and with that about 36bil and 50k uu

everyone lost naq and uu, thats why I dont see the point of complaining. And its not a pay service, Its a free game. Live with what you get.
Also you dont really think admins can investigate 100.000 accounts and give everyone back their stuff, do you?

Even if you guys bombard them with mails, its not working as this. The loudest will get it back, or what are you think?

man, you misunderstood me. i didnt say i want back what i lost (however it would be good). i can accept the server down, no problem with it. but i think it is not good that some exploit it. A server down shouldnt be good/bad for anyone, but that happened. If anyone stole naq because i forget to bank that is part of the game. But the server down is not. In my view.
i didnt bombard admins with mails, but share my thoughts in the forum, may be there are few who agree with me, and then next time admins can figure out a better way to correct a server down.

emm well i thought that every1 was getn a 12 hour PPT from the time the server was fixed, that i take it didnt happen

i dont care so much about the lost income during the ppt,what i care about is the lost mt which i used to buy the ppt with,if i got reimbursed for that alone id be more than happy

Still its not a bug, because not the game but admin gave that ppt...
