CO bug

ok my officer income is set at 10% (he asked me to getting way to much from me:D) his UP is 10,000 /day (10,000 total) this is mine Unit Production 18,270 /day (18,770 total) shouldnt I get 1K instead of 500 from him and no I do not have any UP planets nor other officers and I have a CO
