Well i changed the password, and then changed the email. I forgot changing the email changes the password, so now im stuck, because i am not getting the emails. the system registers that the email is in use, ie, when i type the email it doesn't say "no account with that email" or something, but i still don't get the emails.

i've checked my hosting/email/everything, and that all seems to be working, so i think it must be SGW end the strange thing is, i got the email that said my email was changed, to my old address, so maybe its not SGW end.

bah, i dunno, anyway, can anyone know how to contact them quicker? cos, i was in the middle of an account swap...

have you checked the bin area?

bin? i've checked my account email directly on the server using squirrilmail, and there is only inbox. i don't know for sure that some weird anti-spam is not deleting it, this is why i just request the email gets changed back to what it was before, so i can figure out WTH is going on >_>

this is really bugging me, its been nerely 24 hours now, i know things are busy, but surely it only takes 1 minute to change the email or password..

Yea i've emailed that as well, still no action. I dunno if these admins are partying all weekend or what, but certainly nothing is happening very quick >_>

Or just 10k ppl emailed them recently:P

err, well obviously 10k people emailed them to tell them the game is down. they can simply delete all them. i don't think more than 5 people have emailed regarding their account not being getting the email...

well they were nice and kind to me, and fixed it, thanks mark. you do a good job, but seriously, they should pay you a wage for this
